The University of Alabama has detected a great need for engineers with a big deal of business sense and has since developed the STEM path to MBAs for the undergraduate engineers to take the next step upon graduation on to a Master of Business Adminstration. This powerful setup is developing a generation of very well equipped talents into the labour market, where they are already highly sought after.
In order to give the program an even higher value, the University of Alabama, more specifically Dr. Rob Morgan, has decided to incorporate real world challenges into the course programs to prepare the students even better for their future as leaders in organizations. With TELANTO their students have already worked on many different challenges, coming from the Logistics, Supply Chain and Operations, Innovation, Product Development and other lines of businesses and a number of different industries.
